Police attack demonstrators in Oakland while turning off their “mandatory” lapel cams….this video is disturbing

Cams for Cops? they only work when monitoring of the police who fail to obey the order to wear lapel cameras results in a very heavy penalty for the cop….a reprimand from the commanding officer is not a heavy penalty….have a look: http://wecopwatch.org/police-cameras-quick-fix-for-police-misconduct-or-counter-surveillance-tool/
